This workshop will give you some tips and tools for how to use the principles of the Alexander Technique, Awareness, Inhibition, Direction and Means Whereby, for bringing more freedom and ease into your daily life. The results are often better posture, less back pain, and the ability to do all of the activities of daily life with more freedom.
